How atmospheric plasma works

Gas Selection

Select the process gas composition to precisely match your target surface chemistry. Gas mixture determines which functional groups will be grafted onto the substrate.

Plasma Discharge

A high-voltage dielectric barrier electrode creates a cold plasma discharge at atmospheric pressure. The plasma is stable, continuous, and scalable to full web width.

Surface Reaction
